Our Services Mama & Baby Bus
The Mama & Baby Bus, also known as the Mom VAN, is donated by the March and Dimes and is staffed by Mary’s Center for Maternal & Child Care. It is a mobile medical van that provides pregnancy tests, HIV/ STD screening, dental screenings, and other health care and social services. The MBB visits neighborhoods Wards 1, 2, 4, & 5 on a regular basis. In January of 2002, the MBB provided immunizations to almost 1000 children in the District.
